I feel like I was born in the wrong decade. I LOVE the femeninity of the clothes from the past(before 1970); the femenine manners that "ladies" were taught; LOVE the ideal of being a homemaker and doing it very well, love the innocence portrayed in media from the past; the manners, courtesy; and I hope to share my vision with you.

Hi Sheila,
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and no I of course don't mind being listed on your blogroll!
I do a little of the cooking and freezing but not as much as I should. I have a few OAMC books and have been thinking about incorporating more of that into my meal preparation.
Come by and visit anytime!

Hi!
Thanks for visiting my blog, and for your comments! I love to meet new people, and always wish they would leave a note while visiting.. Thank you.
I love your old-fashioned taste too! I glanced at a few of your posts, and especially loved your history of aprons. I adore aprons, and all of the hings you shared about them.
I'm sorry you are not well. Have Faith, and I'm sure whatever I Father's will is, you will be blessed!
Come back and visit anytime.
Have a good day! ~ Ann Marie
Hey, Miss Sheila :)
always nice to run across another Sheila...I don't think people use the name much any longer for naming babies so we have to stick together :)
I haven't heard James Taylor's son's music...I knew he was followin' in his mom and dad's footsteps but just hadn't gotten around to his music...but if he sounds like JT, well, then...
I read on your other blog about your lupus and fibromyalgia...what a tough time for you...my mom has been diagnosed with both and my granny had late onset lupus, most likely from drug interaction...it is no easy road...
