Lemonade Made the OLD Fashioned Way!

I am a lemon maniac. Anything with the smell or taste of lemons, I'd love it. I collect any household or kitchen ornaments, utensils, towels, etc. with lemons on it. Obviously I love retro and vintage things as well, so when a blog mate posted this antique recipe of how they used to make lemonade (carbonated, no less!) I just had to post a link to it. Click here. Thanks Kathleen!
Blessings, Sheila

I just realized, maybe I am the Kathleen you are referring to? LOL. You don't have to post my comments. Can you tell I have had a long day and in need of rest? Blessings,Kathleen

Yes, lemonade done in the old fashioned way is really very refreshing and tangy. Thanks for the post. God bless you always. BTW, why don't you put the BlogCatalog visitor's window in your sidebar. You just copy and paste their embed code found in your BlogCatalog profile. You will know the visitors in your blog including those that did not leave comments.

Hi Sheila,
Thanks for visiting me. I make my lemonade with me own lemons.

Juyst squeeze them in iced water add sugar and viola!

I also have lemon juice with honey in warm water first thing in the morning. Helps reduce weight.
